On a recent episode of a Food Network show that focuses on Asian Cuisine (we're fans of food from every region) the host highlighted that Chicken Wings are a favourite finger food around the globe, and every region has their own spin on just how they like them. Since 1932, the Swizzle Inn has been welcoming guests (first-timers and repeat visitors) with fresh-made food and their infamous jugs of Rum Swizzle. For anyone not in the know, Swizzle is a cocktail made from a combination of rum and fruit juices and is notorious for going down easy, and leaving you...happy. The perfect "welcome back/home", if you will. There are many variations on the Island - everyone has their own take - but the most famous of the Swizzles is, without a doubt, found at the Swizzle Inn. More on the Swizzle later.
